Delivery – How much does it cost?

If your delivery is within  this circle, delivery is FREE.
Areas outside of this area will be by quote only.

Delivery – When will it be?

Delivery will be the day of your event. We will give you a window to expect both delivery, and another window to expect pickup.

Who will set up the photo booth?

We will be doing all the set-up for you.

Are props included?

Yes, digital props are included, both props and backgrounds.

How do the guests receive their photos?

The booth will allow multiple sessions so everyone gets in on the action! You’ll get digital copies too. Your guests will be able to send the pics immediately to their phones through text or email. When the booth is returned, we’ll send you a link to an online album with every photo taken during the event, which you can print or share with your friends!

What happens if I damage the equipment?

The equipment is designed to take a beating and remain functional. It is rare that the equipment will be damaged beyond repair. However, in the unlikely event that the client does damage the equipment beyond repair, the client will be charged a replacement cost fee. 

What if we are late picking up the equipment?

If we are running late, we will be in contact with you. We will tell you an approximate time for arrival.

Does the photo booth require internet (WiFi)?

No. The digital copies to text and email will be sent as soon as it is connected to the internet. It is best to have an internet connection for the booth to send instant copies.

What if there is a problem?

99% of the time, our customers have no issues at all. However, in the unlikely event that you do have an issue, we offer 24/7 support. We are here to help.  However, if something does go wrong, we are prepared and here to help. Our Technical Support team is available and can resolve nearly any potential issue. The booth will be 100% operational when we leave, so the chances of issues is even slimmer.

How do I pay?

You will be prompted to enter your event date, shipping address, and payment. Payment in full is required to complete your order given the low pricing. Our website allows you to make the payment quickly and easily.

Does the booth work in poor lighting conditions?

Yes it does, as the camera unit has a bright continuous video light.  However, the lighting in your venue is a factor to consider.  We bring additional lighting to ensure your subjects are well lit.  The exposure is also adjustable on the photo booth screen, which also helps in low-light conditions.

What is your cancellation policy?

To help ensure accuracy of available inventory, all sales are final once placed. However, we do understand that unplanned circumstances can arise. We do not offer refunds for cancellations.

If the date of the event and/or venues change, we can modify the order at no additional charge. We can hold a reservation for up to a year past the original event date selected to allow you to reschedule or utilize the booth rental at a different event.
